Aligned Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your pre-paid session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the session being forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL
To ensure that all clients receive the full benefit of their session, please be mindful of your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and the payment will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW
If you are unable to attend your session and fail to notify in advance, this will be considered a "no-show." An additional $20 charge will automatically be applied to your card on file.
